The New and improved BULLSEYE grill fold down side shelf. This is a must have for any Bullseye grill owner. This gives you an AMAZING 19" x 16" side shelf, perfect for holding all your grilling needs that weighs (UNDER 12Lbs) The shelf is made of 14 stainless steel ( Shelf may Vary from Photo) The shelf will come complete with all the hardware to attach it to your grill. All you will need to do, (with the help of the included template), drill 3 holes into the lower cooking chamber for the upper hinge to bolt too. Install the 3 stainless steel bolts. Once it is installed, attach the shelf to the bracket with the 8"long aluminum pin. Now you can screw the support pole onto the t-bolt under the shelf until it is almost completely bottomed out. (This is the bolt you will use to level the shelf once everything is installed.) Now install the NEW (B-380 Plate) to the factory legs that have the wheels at the bottom. Once it is in place, drill the two 5/32" holes in the top of the B-380 plate and attach it to the factory legs. Now install the side shelfs lower bracket to the two rivnuts in the B-380 plate. (Make sure this is installed with the arm pointed up. Now lift up on the end of the shelf as you swing the support pole over the side of the bottom bracket and seat it in place. With everything in place. Put a level on the top of the shelf and use the support pole to level it up by unscrewing it a few turns at a time and placing it back into the bracket/saddle and check for level, continue this till you have it level. Once it is level tighten down the nut on the banjo bolt just above the support pole to lock it down. You are now done, and can enjoy your side shelf.

Use Caution when lifting or lowering your shelf, keep in mind the hinge is a clam shell design that could pinch your fingers if not careful. Keep away from children when in motion . (USE CAUTION)
Do to a wide range of variables, Weather, UV Rays, Cleaning products, High acid BBQ sauces etc, just to mention a few. The powder coating companies will NOT stand behind powder coating failures. Therefore the shelves are now made out of 304 stainless steel.
