Bullseye Flip-up side shelf. (FOR COMP CART INSTALLATION ONLY)
NEW UPDATED (Stainless Steel) DESIGN
The New and improved BULLSEYE grill, flip-up side shelf. This is a must have for any Bullseye grill owner using one of My DRG Custom carts. This gives you an AMAZING 19" x 16" side shelf, perfect for holding all your grilling needs. The shelf is made of 14 gauge steel and powder coated with a high temp FDA approved food grade black metallic powder. The shelf will come complete with all the hardware to attach it to your grill and cart, and two magnetic hooks. If you purchase this shelf after 1/20/2020 your lower A-frame support will come with rivnuts already installed, making this a very easy installation. All you will need to do, (with the help of the included template), drill 3 holes into the lower cooking chamber for the hinge to bolt too. Install the 3 stainless steel bolts. Then install the lower bracket to the rivnuts, and away you go. If you have purchased this shelf for the older version carts. It MUST be one of the carts that is bolted together with the stainless steel 1/4" x 20 bolts. In this installation, you will need to attach the shelf bracket to the cooker, install the support arm to the shelf, with the lower bracket attached to it. Raise the shelf up until it is level with your grill, mark and drill the two holes in the lower A-Frame and bolt it. The first Generation carts, unfortunately were all hand cut and no two were the same. Therefore I can not in good faith say it will fit on those as intended, so PLEASE keep that in mind when you purchase.
Use Caution when lifting or lowering your shelf, keep in mind the hinge is a clam shell design that could pinch your fingers if not careful. Keep away from children when in motion . (USE CAUTION)Keep in mind they could take 4 to 6 weeks before shipping do to the fact they are not cut out on location.
Do to a wide range of variables, Weather, UV Rays, Cleaning products, High acid BBQ sauces etc, just to mention a few. The powder coating companies will NOT stand behind powder coating failures. Therefore the powder coating is not covered.
